(-) Max upload file size if 5 MB (for the free account)
(-) There is a small advertisement for weebly at the footer of each page, that cannot go away if you do not pay
(-) It looks more like a blog site and not as a website with lots of features
(-) To have your domain at weebly, you must modify A-Record of your domain, NOT the name servers -- Weebly does not support hosting through nameservers. You can use a DNS service as Domain Name Registration - EasyDNS and you are fine.
(+) Very easy to use
(+) One advantage is that you can download the whole site in a zip file.
(+) Cheap price for the PRO version
Overall remark:
weebly.com is too simple, but quite effective for small sites. Together with www.webnode.com is the best free instant website builders.

How to migrate your site to weebly or to webnode
I want to migrate to weebly or to WebNode some of my sites.
The question is how to preserve the existing URLs of the pages. There are 3 types of URLs to preserve:
1) URLs of pages inside subfolders. e.g.
/folder/page_x.html
I found that in the blog items I can change the name of the page, but cannot add a subfolder
2) URLs of downloaded files.
e.g. http://www.starmessage.info/uploads/2/5/2/5/2525098/starmessage-v4.14.exe
I would like to specify the subfolder or have no subfolder at all.
3) folder URLs
e.g. /products
How can I make a default page for that folder?
I hope there is a solution to these.
Other CMS systems like drupal, simply allow you to specify the URL of a page from its properties page.
