StarReminder, the easy reminders software, became portable.
As a portable application, you can install it on a small USB flash disk and take with you all your reminders, tasks, appointments, notes, todo lists, birthday dates.

You can simply plug the USB flash disk on any computer and see or edit the reminders without leaving any traces on the host computer. All your settings are stored on the USB flash drive.

To install StarReminder as a portable application on a USB drive:

1) Download and start the setup program.

2) In the "Select Destination Location" page:
Press the "Browse" button, locate the USB disk's drive letter and press the Next> button.

2) In the Select Components page:
Choose the (2) Install software in USB disk option from the dropdown list and press the Next> button.

3) In the Select Additional Tasks page:
Check the Show "Launch StarReminder" on Windows' dialog box option if you want a program icon to appear on Windows' dialog box when the USB disk is plugged in the computer. Press the Next> button.

4) Complete the installation.

5) Start StarReminder

When the USB disk is plugged in the computer:

Double-click on the "Launch StarReminder" icon in the Windows' dialog box.
Note: in order for this icon to appear the Show "Launch StarReminder" on Windows' dialog box option must be enabled in the "USB Disk" tab of the Preferences window.
